Our Commitment

Rhum, Roast & Roll is built on craftsmanship, culture, and care. While we cannot accept
returns on perishable items, we stand firmly behind the quality of everything we produce
and curate. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to ensure your experience reflects
the spirit of the brand.

Fresh Coffee & Perishable Goods

Our coffee is roasted to order and considered a perishable product. For this reason, we’re
unable to accept returns on any coffee purchases.

That said, your experience matters to us. If there was an error with your order, if you’re
dissatisfied with the coffee you received, need brewing guidance, or have any concerns
about quality, our Customer Service team is ready to help.

Non-Perishable & Merchandise Items

For non-perishable items (apparel, accessories, tools, and select gift items), unopened
and unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will make it right through replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
