Cigar — La Galera Maduro (Dominican Republic / Mexico) Piloto Cubano filler, Piloto Dominicano binder, and a Mexican San Andrés wrapper. The Maduro expression brings a dusk‑like richness reminiscent of an evening at sea.
Rum — Dos Maderas 5+5 (Guyana / Barbados → Spain) Distilled in Guyana and Barbados, then finished in 20‑year Palo Cortado sherry casks. Notes of fig, raisin, ripe fruit, tropical spice, sherry, and a touch of tobacco leaf.
Coffee — Dominican Sweet Honey Coffee (Dominican Republic) A complex, fruity, sweet finish that brightens the pairing. Caribbean Cruise is not a destination. It is a drift.
